• Frontend Tech Standards - ⁠I defined new standards in frontend projects which improved code maintainbility and review proccess.
• Negotiations - I took part in negotiations with management in terms of new features and implementation according to the business strategy.
• Pull Requests QA system - Created a system supported by AI (local and cloud models) which improved time of reviewing PR's 50-60%.
• Hands-on experience with custom cryptographic solutions.
• QA of UI/UX - introduced guidelines for designs which will make life easier for developers.
• E2E Pipeline automation with Playwright MCP - introduction of the pipeline to the project drastically increased code stability (less time spent on the refactors after every new change in code) and reduced deployments delays.
• Mentorship - new team members guidance, code reviews with suggestions of good practices and better code writing rules.
• Breaking AI controversy - provided rules aligned with the projects to make working experience with AI easier and faster.

I contribute to civic-tech products at a non-governmental organization. I am mainly working on the pjects like myPolitics (politics quiz platform with 800K+ users per year) and dzialaj.org (job board for NGOs).

• Custom UI Library - developed a UI library which aligns with organizations design code and strategy.

• Marketing strategy - also I am a part of marketing team and responsible for creating organization's marketing strategy for social media.
